Eligibility for Returns
You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact us at help@sublimecbdvapesmoke.com, providing your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including consumables like vape cartridges, opened e-liquids, and CBD products, are non-returnable once opened due to hygiene and safety concerns.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement. Please provide images of the damaged product for verification.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of the return approval. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like to receive.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover return shipping.

Canceling Orders You can cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. If your order is already processed or shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can follow our return process once the product arrives.
